How long does manufacturing take?
Plan on 7–10 days for standard catalog items. Commission work receives a written timeline before production begins.
What materials do you work with?
Stainless steel for drinkware, basswood and birch for signs, anodized aluminum for tags, and durable polymers for fabricated forms and desk pieces. Material is chosen for the job.
Do you reproduce licensed logos?
We do not sell unlicensed collegiate or brand logos. Personalization with names, dates, and original artwork is welcome. Licensed work requires the proper rights path.
Who are fidget & sensory items for?
Fidget and sensory products (sliders, boards, squish fills, mesh, cubes) are marketed for ages 13+. Many include small parts or soft fills that are a choking hazard for younger children. We do not market toys primarily for under 12.
Can I choose the fill in a custom squish?
Yes. On Custom Squish — Choice Fill you pick foam beads, microbeads, cotton, or weighted fill, plus shell color and optional name tag. Same idea as building a blank wholesale shell to your spec.
Can I pick up locally in Cullman?
Yes — local pickup can be arranged. Mention it when you order or request a quote.
What if I need something that is not listed?
Use the commission request form. Describe the piece and we will quote price and lead time before any work starts.
Do you take AI or automation work?
Yes. Use the same request form and describe the task you want handled. One-off automations start at $75; systems that run every day are $150–$1,250 a month depending on how much is running. You get a price and lead time before any work starts.
